Your Role:
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations and working with the owner as necessary, the Luxury Hospitality & Creative Operations Manager will lead initiatives across marketing, branding, operations, and the champagne club. This full-time position demands an inventive communicator skilled in prioritizing tasks, ensuring operational excellence, and driving strategic growth.
Core Responsibilities:
Creative Projects: Spearhead marketing campaigns and branding initiatives using tools like Canva, Figma and Mailchimp, aligning with our luxury brand ethos.
Operational Excellence: Manage the development and oversee daily operations of virtual staff, and ensure the flawless execution of events and promotions communicating to in-person staff as needed.
Financial Management: Responsible for paying monthly bills and accurately entering transactions into our financial platforms Bill.com, monthly reports of club profits, alongside a budget oversight with a focus on resource optimization.
Strategic Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with the Director of Operations and the owner, effectively outlining strategies, setting priorities, and reporting progress.
Who We’re Looking For:
Creative Leader with a Strategic Mind: A proactive individual with at least 2 years of leadership experience, capable of thriving in a vibrant environment while balancing creative and operational demands.
Digital Marketing and Financial Savvy: Proficient in digital marketing tools (Canva, Figma, Mailchimp) and financial management software (Bill.com or similar), adept at enhancing brand visibility and managing financial tasks.
Exceptional Communicator: Superior verbal and written communication skills for communicating to the team, managing expectations, and articulating strategic plans.
Adaptable and Resilient: Thrives in a hybrid work model and exhibits a high degree of flexibility and resilience, adept at navigating the dynamic challenges of a Luxury Hospitality setting with innovative and creative solutions.
