Fizz Champagne Bars & Club, a beacon of luxury in the hospitality and champagne industry, is on the lookout for a Luxury Hospitality & Creative Operations Manager at our Sacramento venue. Celebrated as one of the Top 10 Bars and Restaurants for Champagne Enjoyment in 2023 by the Champagne Bureau, we seek an innovative leader with a creative spark and a knack for operational management. This role is tailored for a dynamic, resourceful individual who thrives in fast-paced settings, adept at guiding both strategic and detailed facets of our operation, with a strong command over digital marketing tools and basic understanding of financial software.

Your Role:

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations and working with the owner as necessary, the Luxury Hospitality & Creative Operations Manager will lead initiatives across marketing, branding, operations, and the champagne club. This full-time position demands an inventive communicator skilled in prioritizing tasks, ensuring operational excellence, and driving strategic growth.

Core Responsibilities:

Creative Projects: Spearhead marketing campaigns and branding initiatives using tools like Canva, Figma and Mailchimp, aligning with our luxury brand ethos.

Operational Excellence: Manage the development and oversee daily operations of virtual staff, and ensure the flawless execution of events and promotions communicating to in-person staff as needed.

Financial Management: Responsible for paying monthly bills and accurately entering transactions into our financial platforms Bill.com, monthly reports of club profits, alongside a budget oversight with a focus on resource optimization.

Strategic Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with the Director of Operations and the owner, effectively outlining strategies, setting priorities, and reporting progress.

Who We’re Looking For:

Creative Leader with a Strategic Mind: A proactive individual with at least 2 years of leadership experience, capable of thriving in a vibrant environment while balancing creative and operational demands.

Digital Marketing and Financial Savvy: Proficient in digital marketing tools (Canva, Figma, Mailchimp) and financial management software (Bill.com or similar), adept at enhancing brand visibility and managing financial tasks.

Exceptional Communicator: Superior verbal and written communication skills for communicating to the team, managing expectations, and articulating strategic plans.

Adaptable and Resilient: Thrives in a hybrid work model and exhibits a high degree of flexibility and resilience, adept at navigating the dynamic challenges of a Luxury Hospitality setting with innovative and creative solutions.
