SalaryEast Wind Long Island is actively seeking a Spa Manager
- Oversee the work of all spa staff on a daily basis.
- Monitor the schedule for administrative staff, technicians/therapists to always make sure we have sufficient coverage on holidays, busier days, etc…
- Oversee the duties of the Reservations Manager to ensure all procedures are being followed.
- Oversee the Guest Relations at the Front Desk:
- Ensure clients are being greeted properly by Spa Concierge.
- Maintain an exceptional understanding of spa services, packages, product knowledge to educate guests. Announcing special promotions.
- Assist Spa Director with
Promotions & Advertisements – make sure all information is relayed down to the Department Heads, Front Desk, Booking & Concierge
- Guest Relations:
Ensuring that guests comfort & relaxation is met.
Deal with any client concerns or issues in the spa.
- Oversee the opening & close-out reports and cash drawer duties at the end of each business day.
- Handle Spa Inventory & Ordering
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or experience.
- Minimum of three years’ experience managing hotel sales.
- Extensive knowledge of forecasting sales and interpreting/analyzing results to plan and conducting budgetary analysis
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements and translating these into sales solutions
- Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of developing long term relationships and contacts
- Strong organizational skills including follow up, time management, ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per East Wind standards.
- Other duties as assigned
- Compensation is based on experience.
