Gaia Spa is a rapidly growing membership-based luxury day spa located in Weston, Florida. We are currently seeking passionate and driven candidates to fulfill the role of a Spa Manager. We believe in rewarding passionate and dedicated members within our company.
As a Spa Manager, you will work to ensure operations of the spa are running efficiently and customer satisfaction is being met.
Proposed Pay Range
$48,000 - $60,000 Annually plus bonuses and benefits

- All new hires will receive a one time complimentary package including a 60 minute signature massage, 60 minute signature facial, one 45 minute Sauna session, and one 45 minute Salt session. Afterwards, all full time employees are eligible for their choice of a complimentary signature massage or facial each month. All employees are also eligible for a 50% discount on all services based upon membership pricing and 35% off all products.
Responsibilities
- Training the staff to develop strong salesmanship and consistent high quality customer service.

Qualifications
- Minimum of a High school Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the spa, guest services, or the hospitality industry.
- Well groomed, engaging, energetic, and has strong interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Skilled team leader.
- Must be able to multi-task and remain organized.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with the team to resolve customer complaints.
- Proficiency in computer skills and display a willingness to learn.
- Reading, Writing, and Oral proficiency in English is required. The same skills in Spanish are preferred but not required.
