Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of food preparation and service, including catering events.
- Manage inventory control and ordering to ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Train and develop staff in proper food handling techniques, customer service skills, and restaurant policies.
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, controlling costs, and implementing strategies to increase profitability.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotions to attract new customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in kitchen management or restaurant management is required.
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, including catering, kitchen management, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and ability to enforce proper procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
