Position will be through The Substitute Teacher Service (STS). The STS rate will be equivalent to the School District's salary schedule for teachers. Lower Moreland Township School District has a non-negotiable policy of hiring all long-term substitutes at the first step of their applicable educational column regardless of their previous experience in other districts.
