- Manage the shipping and Receiving of all products, materials, and supplies.
- Receive inbound shipments and signature upon receipt
- Receives materials and verifies that incoming shipments are correct by comparing items and quantities against bills of lading, packing slips, and purchase orders
- Inspects packages for any damage marks receiving date on all packing slips, labels deliveries, and allocate them to their designated place
- Proper stocking of inventory in correct locations using a forklift
- Completes packing list, shipping BOL, and other shipping documents required for domestic and international shipments
- Arrange all shipping arrangements with freight companies and schedule pick-ups
- Daily inventory cycle counting, inventory reporting, and adjusting inventory as needed.
- Works with Purchasing & Accounting department to resolve discrepancies
- Prepares products for shipment per scheduled ship dates set forth by production
- Verifies orders to be shipped are properly packaged, and labeled accordingly and all documents are completed
- Enter and maintain all required computer data entry using QuickBooks
- Picks up and delivers parts to and from various suppliers
- Performs visual and some physical inspections of received items
- Kits work orders and properly labels and place on the kitting shelf
- Responsible to keeping shelving, inventory and shipping areas clean and organized.
- Keeps shipping supplies organized and inventoried and notifies Purchasing when an order needs to be placed for supplies.
- Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
- On feet most of the day, lots of walking and standing required.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
