Purchasing Coordinator

Enviro-Master International Franchise is hiring a Purchasing Coordinator!

follow-up, and organizational skills.

As the Purchasing Coordinator, you will:

• Serve as liaison between our Franchisees and suppliers
• Have the ability to work on multiple projects and tasks while maintaining deadlines
• Maintain and update Franchisee ordering site
• Provide superior and friendly customer service to our Franchisees and their teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both suppliers and Franchisees
• Conduct quarterly surveys with the field to determine needed improvements of the department
• Assist Purchasing Manager with new product launches and rollouts
• Support and attend national conventions and regional meetings

This position also includes some general administrative duties as well as support for multiple departments within the Corporate Office. As the Purchasing Coordinator, you will report directly to the Purchasing Manager at the corporate office. This is not a work from home or hybrid_ position. _

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• A customer service, Franchisee focused attitude
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
