The Role and What You'll Do:
The Coordinator, Inventory and Asset Management is primarily responsible for supporting the integrity and accuracy of the On Location Olympic and Paralympic ticket inventory. The Coordinator will work closely with the Ticketing, Product Hospitality, Product Operations & Technology, and Sales teams to name a few. The Coordinator will help support the Inventory Management system and work with Technology on any enhancements.
- Assist in the maintenance of the Inventory Management system
- Perform daily intersystem audits to maintain the integrity of the data
- Work with Product Hospitality and Product Operations on the build and development of new products
- Assist in the research of queries by the Sales Team
- Apply critical thinking skills to analyze and independently resolve internal and external issues regarding proprietary inventory management system(s)
- Assist in creating and maintaining new processes that identify opportunities to streamline procedures that directly impact productivity
- Use Excel to manage day to day functions and create spreadsheets that can be used by other functional areas
- Execute all other duties assigned by the team or leadership.
You Have These
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, Technology, Business Operations or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

- Experience with Excel and Data Analytics.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - a collaborative style and ability to communicate effectively at all levels with strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Excellent time-management, organizational skills.

Travel: Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. International travel may be required. Expected travel <5%.
