Our team in Plano currently has an opening for a Logistics Coordinator

• Provides support to BNE for DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) product line-to include:
           -PO creation (PAE, PAF in BUS)
           -Monthly pricing updates (SAA, PAC in BUS)
           -Building relationship with vendors (Yara, SRM, Musket)
           -Issue resolution
• Maintain several Sharepoint spreadsheets
           -Terminal cost tracker 
           -Terminal OT tracker 
           -COA creation/maintenance 
• Management of vendor shipping paperwork
           -Verifying all paperwork is accurate (PO, customer PO, ship to location)
           -Checking BUS to ensure pricing is correct
           -Sending paperwork to customer or terminal
• Cross train in Caustic product line to provide back up as needed

Education and Experience: 

• Background in chemical distribution/warehousing preferred
• Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain preferred
• BS in Logistics or Business preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Working knowledge of BUS a plus
