A Medical Malpractice Defense Firm, a Walnut Creek medical malpractice defense firm, is hiring attorneys who want to make a difference. Work and grow in a challenging and rewarding environment.
We are seeking an associate with up to 5 years of experience in personal injury defense, preferably in the area of medical malpractice. Candidate must have strong writing skills, experience handling all aspects of law & motion, skill in preparing and responding to written discovery, familiarity with attending and reporting on depositions, and experience with trial preparation. Understanding of medical terminology and experience reviewing and reporting on medical records is a plus. Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• California State Bar License
• Understanding of medical terminology
• Online research
