Position represents consolidation of Water Logistics activities and the establishment and maintenance of a defined network in order to execute commercial and logistical strategies related to fluid hauling management. This function also allows the company field operations to concentrate and implement efficiencies on other categories.
Responsible for executing fluid hauling and water disposal strategy by coordinating assets between the company and vendors to meet demands established by Operations in a safe, timely and cost-efficient manner. Job entails heavy focus of networking with company's field operations and trucking companies with excellent service quality.
Business acumen required to understand trucking companies' rates, management and integrity to ensure they correspond with company's culture for a long-term partnership.
Job emphasis on logistics including the utilization of assets closest to the area of work needed while considering and scheduling other used assets in the area to cover the jobs, ensuring the company can meet its safety, production, downtime and cost goals, including any impacts from other third-party contractors. Coordination with logistic coordinators from other areas required in order to maintain appropriate utilization of resources.
Position must also maintain, grow and strengthen relations with existing vendors as well as evaluate and recommend the onboarding of new vendors at all levels of hierarchy including but not limited to drivers, dispatchers, supervisors, yard mangers, and district managers.
Responsible for auditing of field tickets, management and approval of invoices for fluid hauling and water disposal work performed for the company.
Problem solving, decision-making abilities, multi-tasking, creativity and teamwork are required.
This is a position that will split time between the field and office. This position will be required to learn the integral systems in the company and analyze data for better decisions in the water hauling division. They will need to have a strong understanding of IronSight, SAP, WEP, Cygnet, Measurement, Iconic, PI and other applications to better understand impacts of the water division.
A strong enfaces on analytics and the use of graphs and data, using system to understand impact, and improvements in the overall water department.
