GI Alliance is seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator.
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Position Purpose
The Inventory Coordinator/Analyst is responsible for the administration of inventory and procurement systems and controls to affect timely and accurate acquisition and disposition of a variety of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies. Partners with clinical staff to enable best-in-class patient care. Performs duties with minimal supervision utilizing sound judgement and reason to seek outcomes that align with the core values of GI Alliance.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

- Analyze and report on inventory and procurement
- Manage monthly inventory cycle count and report results
- Support users with inventory management system issues and improvements
- Participate in the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies
- Place and track inventory orders as needed
- Reconcile order issues (late, missing items, etc)
- Other duties as assigned
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with coursework in purchasing and/or inventory control management required.
Experience: 1-3 years of inventory management and or procurement experience, preferably in a medical field.

Equipment Operated: This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Work Environment: This job operates in professional office environments.
