Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics and supply chain operations of our company. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and timely movement of goods and materials from suppliers to customers.

Job Duties:

Inventory spreadsheet reconciliation -ongoing/daily/weekly/monthly

Working directly with warehouses and accounting on inventory adjustments

Tracking inbounds and making updates on Team public spreadsheet

Verify receiving documents from warehouses

Updating spreadsheet when new inbounds are received.

Skills

Excel – intermediate- mandatory

Must know formatting and formulas.

Must be able to recognize when numbers aren’t adding up correctly and adjust the formula to fix it.

Math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Must be accurate at basic math

Very detail oriented

Must be able to see a number on a piece of paper and type that same number on the screen.

Must be able to double check work and correct own work – produce error free work

Read, write, speak English fluently – good communication skills

Must be resourceful

Must be adaptable to constantly changing work requirements.

Able to compare purchase orders requirements to warehouse shipping slips & rectify discrepancies

Recognize nuances to item numbers, weights and numbers and make changes/adopt as needed.

As a 100% remote Team Member must engage in open and effective communication are extremely important.

Accountability – be open to learn from mistakes and improve performance

Self-starter – able to see something that needs to be done and do it without needing to be told.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Logistic Coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced environment

- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices

- Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory control systems

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
