Logistics Analyst must be detail oriented, with high level of client service, who works well in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze shipping documents, purchase orders, commercial invoices, and packing list
- Contact shippers for OS&D and/or amendments on shipping documents
- Create Material Receipts
- Create internal and external reports on a weekly basis
- Create commercial invoices & packing lists
- Understanding of US Export Regulations (basic level)
- Send pre-alerts
- Prepare shipping quotations
- Liaison between shipping coordinator, customs broker, and client
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
- 1 year experience with shipping documentation preferred
- 1 year experience with client service preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bilingual in Portuguese
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Team worker and able to work independently
This is an on-site position.
