ChampionX is in need of a Global Logistic Analyst in Sugar Land, TX plant. This role will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, identifying and implementing solutions, and monitoring and evaluating the supply chain performance. You will also collaborate and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of our products and services.

What You Will Do:
- Collect and analyze data on the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods and services using various tools and methods, such as Excel, SQL, and BI software.
- Identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of the supply chain processes, such as routing, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the supply chain vendors, partners, and systems, such as carriers, warehouses, and ERP systems, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations on the supply chain activities and outcomes, such as costs, service levels, and customer satisfaction, using charts, graphs, and dashboards.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, such as managers, customers, suppliers, and regulators, to ensure the alignment of the supply chain objectives and expectations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Certification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field, such as APICS, CILT, or ISM, is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI software, such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and industry best practices, standards, and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
