Job Summary:
The Credit Clerk position involves gathering and analyzing information, preparing various reports and processing commercial lending files. Working well within a team, from multiple branches and lenders; while being self-motivated and able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Gain a thorough knowledge of consumer and commercial lending operations related to programs, loan processing, closing, funding, review, scanning, credit tracking, servicing and reporting.
- Gain a thorough understanding of Federal Banking Regulations as well as internal bank policies and procedures.
- Process Loan documents using the loan processing software
- Pull data from the core system to create reports
- Review loan documents to ensure consistency with loan approval conditions, bank policies, regulatory requirements and servicing
- Review adverse action notices and withdrawn loan applications for compliance
- Review HMDA data collection sheets on reportable loans and submit for HMDA reporting
- Review data for possible CRA Community Development consideration and submit to Compliance Officer as needed
- Scan documents to the imaging system and set tracking as needed
- Review all documents collected from loan assistant during processing of the loan
- Perform other duties as assigned
