The Plaintiff attorneys of Perona, Langer, Beck, and Harrison have dedicated their careers to helping all people have the same access to our justice system. We are a dynamic fast paced firm, with a great opportunity for a motivated and eager attorney in our Long Beach office. Our attorneys have been successful in hundreds of jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and administrative hearings. We serve our clients and their families in employment disputes, workplace injuries, serious injury claims, wrongful death cases, personal injury and social security disability claims.
The ideal candidate for our employment law department will have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently, communicate effectively and the ability to take on significant responsibilities in Plaintiff’s side cases. We require excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills. This attorney will be drafting complaints, discovery, taking depositions and preparing for trials. If you want the opportunity to learn everything about Plaintiff’s side civil litigation while getting hands on experience, this is the opportunity for you. Salary is commensurate with previous experience. This position requires on-site presence.
Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
· Must be able to handle your own caseload
· Must be currently licensed to practice law in California
· References are required
· Possess superior organizational and time-management skills
· Exceptional oral communication skills
· Highest ethical standards and professional integrity
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to partner with other attorneys in the firm
· Excellent analytical, writing, and editing skills are required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
