Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in Securities Litigation matters, including class actions, derivative suits, and regulatory investigations for public and private companies.
- Conduct in-depth legal research, draft compelling pleadings, and develop strategic litigation plans.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to provide exceptional client service and achieve favorable outcomes.
- Stay current with evolving securities laws and regulations to offer informed and effective counsel.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in California.
- 3-8 years experience in securities and business litigation with a strong track record of success.
- Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Commitment to excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction.
- Big law experience preferred but not required.
Compensation range: $210,000-350,000 plus a substantial bonus program
