AM Law 100 Firm's New York office is seeking associates to join it litigation practice.
Requirements
- Experience: seeks to hire a highly qualified midlevel associate with law firm or US agency experience and excellent academic credentials to join our antitrust practice in the New York or Washington, D.C. office.
The successful applicant must:
- Have three to six years of transactional antitrust experience, including HSR and deal counseling, and merger investigations before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Department of Justice (DOJ) and other enforcement agencies.
- Experience with other substantive antitrust compliance counseling work and antitrust litigation outside of the transactional area also desired.
- Exhibit excellent research and writing skills, academic performance, and ability to multi-tasks across matters.
- Law firm or government-trained attorneys with related experience are preferred.
- New York or District of Columbia bar membership required.
- 3 to 6 years of experience.
- Salary range is between $215,000 and $415,000.
