SalaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney to join our legal team. As an Attorney, you will be responsible for handling appearances, processing case files, client contact and legal research. Your primary duties will include:
- Drafting documents
- Handling virtual appearances including hearings
- Conducting legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Client contact
- Reviewing records and case files
- Assisting with legal administrative tasks as needed
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively represent clients' interests
- Experience to confidently advocate for clients in court
- Excellent writing skills to draft clear and concise legal documents
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices
- Ability to conduct thorough and accurate legal research

Salary: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
