Associate Attorney

Position: Are you tired of the commute and looking to join a phenomenal remote team? Sullivan & Brill, a Plaintiff’s personal injury law firm with offices in Manhattan and cases throughout New York State seeks a motivated Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience representing injury victims to independently handle a caseload of 80-100 cases, mostly auto and premises and mostly in litigation. Experience must include having defended and taken at least 20 plaintiff/defendant depositions, negotiated over 50 settlements, worked with expert witnesses to develop opinions, and prepared expert exchanges. Must have strong writing skills. The candidate will be expected to file at least 4 cases a month, conduct at least 8 depositions a month, settle at least two cases a month and generate at least $720,000 in fees per year. The candidate must be located in New York State or northeast New Jersey.

Salary and Benefits: Salary range $110,000 to $130,000, plus 35% origination fees. Full benefits, including 401K with employer match, medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance and 28 paid days off.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active member and in good standing with NY Bar Association.
• 3-5 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
