Location: New York
Our client's team, based in New York, is in search of mid-level associates (class of 2020-2019) with experience in general finance. Ideal candidates would have a strong background in drafting and negotiating loan documents, including commitment papers, security agreements, and credit agreements, as well as experience with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and general corporate experience. A high level of academic achievement and prior law firm experience is preferred.
The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $310,000-$365,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
