Primary Responsibilities:
-Family Court Proceedings with emphasis on Special Juvenile Immigrant cases.
-Prepare and file Chapter 7 proceedings and appear at Meeting of the Creditors.
-Appearances on general Immigration Court and Field Offices matters.
-Review uncontested divorce packages.
We seek a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our office. This is a good opportunity for a talented individual looking for solid experience to advance their legal career.
```Qualifications:```
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Bar in the state of New York.
_ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but have in-house translators.
