We are seeking a Part TimeOf Counsel Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team and assist with our New York personal injury cases. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our goal of providing outstanding service to every client. Duties include:

• Conducting legal research using various resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Assist with case management and preparation for litigation
• Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with paralegals on complex cases
• Oversee Paralegals, case managers and each of the clients' cases

```Experience```

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Admitted to practice law in NY
• 2+ years in NY No Fault Law
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience with legal drafting and document review
• Familiarity with court procedures and rules of evidence
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
