REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must be 17 years of age or older
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to lead, motivate, and empower the Crewmembers
Ability to align Crewmembers with Restaurant's culture by balancing hard work and having fun.
Ability to manage basic tasks
Takes initiative
Has excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to recognize problems and problem solve
Ability to set goals and convert plans into action
Ensures Prep list and line are setup prior to service.
Ensures proper handling and rotation of product.
Proper opening and closing procedures are followed for kitchen.
