Position Summary
Required to have full menu knowledge, physical capabilities of serving and taking orders, and ultimately contributing to guest satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment.
- Communicates information to the Kitchen and General Manager whenever necessary, ensuring that information is disseminated through appropriate avenues.
- Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of the products that are handled by you.
- Exercises proper clock management.
- Clock in shift
- Clock out 30 min. break
- Clock in break
- Clock out shift
- Ensures restaurant is kept clean and in excellent order.
- Housekeeping skills
- Sweep, mop, wipe tables and make sure our space is presentable.
- Soda Machine and condiment station is loaded and clean.
- Demonstrates interest and commitment to achieving company objectives in food quality and presentation.
- Knowledge of menu, allergies, and recipe execution.
- Expediting skill set
- Communicating and building multiple orders for to-go and dine-in.
- Reading and servicing our guests, bar, and outside area.
- Empathy for our guests.
- All other duties as assigned.
Barista
- Execution of a variety of coffee drinks.
Cashier
- Warm interaction with guests.
- Exchange of payments.
- Point of sales capable.
Server
- Ability to communicate thoroughly with guests.
- Menu knowledge.
- Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices.
- Performing other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- High School degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills and people skills
- Ability to stay professional in a stressful work environment.
- Superb multitasking skills.
