Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Baristas and Servers to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious coffee/tea beverages. If you have a passion for crafted beverages and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee/tea beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, and bubble tea.

- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area

- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

- Assist with food preparation

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service or as a Barista/Server is preferred but not required

- Basic math skills for cash handling and measuring ingredients

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different tea blends is preferred but not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale system is a plus

- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices

- Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is a plus.

Pay: $16.90 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
