Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Counter Server/Cashier to join our team. As a Server/Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring smooth operations in our restaurant.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Handle cash transactions using the Aloha POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Buss tables and clean up after customers
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Familiarity with the Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
