SalaryWest L.A. cocktail bar, Sorry Not Sorry, is seeking to hire kitchen positions immediately. Both part time and full time positions are available for an experienced line cook. Some prep work and cleaning will be necessary.
Hot line includes working with fryer, griddle, burners, salamander, and grill. Cold line includes working with salads. You will need to be willing to learn all stations, to prep as needed, and to clean as needed.
We are a playful, wine-forward cocktail bar that serves a unique take on bar bites. We serve both traditional bar foods like french fries and burgers, and also fresh items like avocado toast and grilled chicken.
We are also an event venue that can serve hundreds of guests. You will need to be able to prep for banquets and produce banquet menus on time for the client in the varying styles, such as buffet style, tray-passed style, family style, or plated style.

Pay: $16.78 - $20.00 per hour
