SalaryRoute One Bakery and Kitchen, located in Tomales, CA is looking for a line/pizza cook to join our team. We are a small bakery and pizzeria located in the little, rural town of Tomales. We provide bread to various restaurants in the area and offer coffee, pastries, breads, and pizza, beer & wine for locals and those passing through. We have a small team of 9-12 people typically and we all work closely with one another.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Run line during service
-Bake off pizza rounds as well as taglio style slices
- Maintain appropriate prep for your station
- Keep track of inventory for your station
- Basic knowledge of food and cooking techniques
- Ability to handle food safely and follow sanitation guidelines
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Interest in gaining experience in the food industry
- Basic knife skills are a plus
- Experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is beneficial, but not required
We offer 18-22/hour *plus tips* depending on experience, and healthcare options for full time employees
