Line Cook/Prep Cook - Full Time + Tips

Terra Craft Sandwiches is a new fast casual restaurant seeking team members with back of house experience. As Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will contribute to the culinary team's preparation of sandwiches, salads, and soups. Full- and part-time positions available, Monday through Saturday. Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding food preparation, sanitation, and safety.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a food service or culinary role is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
