- Greets clients or visitors to the firm in person, telephone, or email; directs their call accordingly.
- Coordinate scheduling, produce documents under the supervision of an attorney, data entry, formatting, inputting.
- Process daily correspondence to files.
- Efficient ability to use the Microsoft office suite (mainly Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Use provided software to complete billing/account statements.
Required Work experience, skills, or education:
- This is an entrance level position with our firm, all experiences are welcome to apply; on-the-job training will be provided in the hands-on context of the job;
- Ability to work in a highly confidential manner and within the scope of attorney ethics guidelines;
- Be a client oriented individual with ability to respect and relate to concerns of people.
- Be versatile, willing to learn different areas of law, different procedures, in a very fast paced environment;
- Be dependable and punctual.
- Good communication skills in a high intensity professional environment;
- Professionalism: being able to act in a professional manner and communicate in a professional manner;
- Higher education preferred, but not mandatory. Life/like-work experience will be considered.
