Full-time Legal Receptionist/Secretary position available in busy mid-sized Central PA general practice law firm. Candidate will provide support and assistance to multiple attorneys in the coordination, management, and delivery of client services. The ability to assess and assign client needs, think independently, take initiative when necessary, uphold the strictest confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment is a must. Ideal candidate has prior receptionist experience.
Duties include:
· Answering phones and problem solving with potential and existing clients;
· Managing calendars for multiple attorneys and paralegals;
· Receive payments by various methods;
· Other administrative tasks such as mail, faxes, scanning, etc.; and
· Provide hospitality to clients.
Skills:
· Outstanding proofreading and grammar skills;
· Attention to detail;
· Ability to multitask;
· Team player;
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365; and
· Excellent customer service skills.
