We are looking for a Paralegal to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing leases and business contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Preparations of leases for retail tenants
- Preparation of business contracts
- Draft pleadings for actions seeking collection
- Draft unlawful detainer actions

Skills:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word
- Type more than 60 words per minute
- 5+ years of paralegal experience or experience as a legal or executive secretary
Part-Time: 20 Hours, Flexible Schedule
Wage Rate: $50/Hour
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
