Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

Legend Biotech is starting their Summer Internship for the year of 2024! The Legal Team is seeking an Intern for a 10 week Internship Program that will run from June 10th, 2024 to August 16th, 2024. We are looking for students or recent grads who are passionate about helping others and building something that matters.

Role Overview

This intern role will be responsible for providing support to the Legal Department with a focus on working with our paralegal to help organize our contract electronic files and management system. Additional tasks may include basic legal research and organizing corporate governance, litigation and other legal records as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing and tagging contracts within our contract repository
• Organizing electronic corporate governance files
• Developing system to track and monitor litigation-related activities
• Perform basic legal-related research as needed

Requirements

• Pursuing relevant Bachelor's degree.
• Strong interest in law and contracts
• Strong communicator and proficient in MS Suite.
