This is a great opportunity to learn how the law and business intersect and to work directly with a small team of lawyers, including MGI's SVP, General Counsel.Schedule: 10-12 week summer program. Approximately 36 hours per week during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 9-5 p.m. and Friday 9-1:30 p.m.).Location: Corporate headquarters in Paramus, New Jersey.
Must be available to work on-site 3 days per week.This is a PAID summer 2024 internship / Summer Associate position.Program DescriptionWe will identify the specific regulation(s) for analysis. You will thoroughly read the regulation(s) and, based on the statutory language, identify any questions that need to be answered to determine the regulation's application to MGI. You will conduct additional research to answer any legal questions, and we will help you answer any business questions.
For any regulation that you conclude applies to MGI, you will summarize the steps to achieve compliance.
