Legal Intake Specialist

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Intake Specialist to join our team. We place a premium on client satisfaction and ask our staff to speak with clients using patience and understanding.

The Intake Specialist at Lawrence & Associates is a crucial role responsible for managing the initial client intake process. The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring their needs are understood and guiding them through the initial steps of engaging with the firm. As an Intake Specialist at Lawrence & Associates, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and facilitating the smooth transition of potential clients into the firm. Your communication skills, attention to detail, and persuasive abilities will contribute to the firm's success in serving our clients.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client Communication: Answering incoming calls from potential clients and engaging in professional, empathetic, and persuasive conversations to understand their legal needs and gather relevant information.
• Appointment Scheduling: Persuasively encouraging potential clients to attend an appointment with a consultation specialist or responsible attorney at the firm, ensuring their availability and willingness to proceed with the legal consultation.
• Data Entry and Case Management: Accurately inputting client information and case details into the firm's case management software, Clio Manage, to ensure comprehensive and organized records of client interactions.

Preferred: Candidate must be acclimated to a fast-paced work environment and MUST have experience in Microsoft Office and Zoom.

At this time we are also looking for bilingual applicants that could support our English and Spanish speaking clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 - $18.50 per hour
