SalaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and very organized individual to join our team as a Paralegal / Intake Specialist. The Paralegal / Intake Specialist will be responsible for gathering potential client information. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette.
Duties:
- Initial Consultation: Conduct initial consultations via phone, email, or in-person to collect detailed information about the potential client’s legal issue. This involves asking precise questions to understand the situation fully.
- Case Evaluation: Assess the information provided by potential clients to determine if their case falls within the scope of the firm’s expertise and if it meets the firm's criteria for acceptance.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a paralegal
- Excellent verbal communication skills
-Excellent ability to work with computers and our system
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Fixed + Bonus structure pay
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $2,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
