Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Sort and label documents/files for easy retrieval
-Retrieve, sort and collate documents.
- Perform data entry to update and maintain databases
- Assist with project coordination, including scheduling and tracking progress
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
-Lifting, retrieving and moving files that can way up to 20lbs.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
