SalaryThe respected injury law firm of Marzzacco Niven & Associates has been representing people who have suffered personal injuries throughout Pennsylvania for over 25 years. The firm is composed of owner, Christopher Marzzacco, and seven associate attorneys, as well as ten support staff and an office manager. The main office is located in suburban Harrisburg. The firm is seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join its team.
The candidate will assist with intakes, provide support to the Social Security Department by following up on paperwork sent, assisting clients with applications and appeals, reviewing treatment history with clients, processing incoming mail, and opening and closing files. Training will be provided and legal and/or paralegal training is not requisite. Multi-lingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Empathy and a passion to help others
- Legal case management software experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Solid data entry and computer skills
- Previous legal experience a plus, but not necessary

We offered staggered start times. This means you can choose the schedule that best fits from the following options: 8:15-4:30, 8:30-4:45, 8:45-5:00, 9:00-5:15 or 9:15-5:30 Monday-Friday.
