Chambersburg law office seeking a Legal Assistant with strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience preferred.
```Duties:```
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, greeting clients, managing calendars, filing, handling and preparing correspondence
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings for attorneys
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as necessary
```Skills:```
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal environment is preferred
