SalaryCostello Sury & Rooney is seeking a Legal Assistant for our growing collection litigation case load. This position will largely be responsible for the initial steps of all collection files including due diligence, drafting, revising and tracking demand letters. In addition, this position is responsible for tracking payment agreements as well as determining if additional steps need to be taken. This position will also require communicating with clients via email on a consistent basis. Candidate must have great organizational skills, attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to seek and take direction. Experience working at a law firm or in the legal field preferred, but not required. Willing to train a candidate looking for a long-term position.
Pay in line with experience.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
