SalaryTwo-attorney law office located in Battle Ground, Washington, is seeking a qualified person with experience working in either a law firm, court/government legal office or similar background. In addition to attorney support, the position will include direct contact with clients, scheduling appointments and basic office management duties. The law firm is oriented in a general practice with an emphasis that includes Estate Planning/Trust/Probate matters, Real Property transactions and related disputes, and limited family law matters that are generally uncontested.

- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle client inquiries
- Schedule appointments with multiple attorneys
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working in a law office or similar government services office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of Clark County electronic filing program (eFile) and real property recordings with auditor's office using Simplifile electronic recording program
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information
