Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of a number of cases you will be assisting on.
• Confirm outstanding balances with providers and insurance payment information.
• Negotiate reimbursement with insurance.
• Audit payor ledgers to ensure accuracy and that there are no overpayments.
• Coordinating payments and facilitating the closing process with clients.
• Effectively maintain written and computer records in accordance with regulatory agencies.

Work Model:

• Hybrid: On Site Monday, Tuesday, Friday, remote Wednesday, Thursday following the in-office training period of 90 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Associate (Preferred)
