- Serve as the main point of contact for the Executive and salesperson teams for GIS mapping and Data needs
- Conduct location and other geospatial analysis, including demographics, cotenant and competitor locations, traffic counts, drive time studies and real estate market metrics on a local, regional, and national scale
- Advance existing code and automation tools, and develop new tools to improve quality of deliverables and efficiency of work processes for presentation to clients
- Produce compelling imagery that tells the story of consumer behaviors for assistance in decision-making
- Collaborate with sales professionals and data teams to interpret and convey narratives geospatially
- Provide retail aerial mapping support for marketing materials and presentations
- Use client and company branding and visuals to maintain design standards
- Vendor contract negotiation
- Interpret demographic and psychographic data on behalf of clients to assist in achieving best outcomes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in major GIS applications, advanced degree a plus
- General knowledge of retail and restaurant brands
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mapping and/or aerial support advanced programs and a minimum of 5 years in Data Analytics
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex information in easily digestable terms
- Ability to multi-task and integrate project segments
- Exceptional knowledge of ESRI technology, PlacerAI, ChainXY
- Familiarity with basic concepts of demographics and cartography
- Knowledge of other desktop and web mapping software
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge and experience in data visualization- like Tableau, Power BI
- Knowledge of ArcGIS Python, Google Maps API, Esri Javascript API, Jupiter Notebooks, SQL, and R
