Legal Assistant/Paralegal
$19 - $24/hour based on experience

Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Copying, scanning, faxing, mailing/shipping, filing, and telephone support
• Maintaining attorney's calendar
• Maintenance of case lists
• Provide new file information and updates ensuring file opening and proper conflicts checks
• Organize and close files, assist in transfer of files, and document disposal  

Requirements:

• AA  Degree and/or related work experience in a law form or professional office environment wis required
• Organized, detailed, and adaptable
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent computer skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• $19 - $24/hour, based on experience
