We're a close-knit group of attorneys and staff working together to ensure that our clients' voices are heard and that they have a guide in the legal system.
We are looking for a Legal Assistant for our Johnston office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management by providing services to our clients and attorneys. This individual will communicate frequently with clients in order to serve them adequately and will work closely with the attorneys and other Legal Assistants.
Responsibilities
- Maintain attorney calendars
- Draft pleadings and motions
- Coordinate depositions
- E-File
- Assist in discovery responses
- Provide administrative support to attorneys
- Communicate closely with clients
- Locate and develop case relevant information

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
