SecureOne Security Services is looking for reliable and professional
1099 Independent Contractors to join our growing team As an Event Security Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property at various exciting events.
What You'll Do:
- Enforce security protocols at events like concerts, festivals, conferences, and sporting events.
- Patrol assigned areas to deter suspicious activity and maintain order.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents in a calm and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and deescalate situations when necessary.
- Maintain a strong visual presence and act as a deterrent to crime.
- Complete detailed reports of security activities and incidents.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in security or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and deescalation skills.
- Excellent observation skills and the ability to maintain focus for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and stamina to stand, walk, and patrol for long periods.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Valid stateissued security guard license
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to pass an indepth criminal background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to effectively speak, read, and write in English
