Legal Associate – Fortune 500 Banking Client
Location: West Des Moines, IA 50266
Pay Rate: $24.50/hr
Duration: 6+ months with potential to convert or extend
Work Environment: 100% Onsite
Join our Fortune 500 banking client in West Des Moines, IA, as a Legal Associate. You will play a critical role in managing charged-off loan credit and write-offs, working closely with law firms to ensure accurate and timely evidence production.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the placement of charged-off loan credit and write-offs with law firms.
Produce and organize evidence for legal proceedings.
Retrieve documents efficiently in response to law firm requests.
Operate across various platforms including Mobius, UAP, XPM, and others to manage a work queue of 20-25 requests daily.
Requirements:
Experience in legal documentation and evidence handling.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
Strong communication skills and the capability to manage a shared MS Outlook workbox.
High proficiency with MS Office, especially in spreadsheet creation and management.
