SalaryWe are a small, congenial Business Immigration law firm located in Centerville on Cape Cod. We are seeking a Legal Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of Business Immigration experience. BS/BA required. We will consider remote work for experienced applicants as well as full and part-time schedules.
We are not accepting resumes from attorneys.
Responsibilities
Assisting with Attorney caseload including:
- Gathering information and documents to prepare employment-based applications
- Preparing applications using immigration software
- Preparing cover letters, drafting support letters and affidavits
- Email and telephone contact with clients
- Monitoring filing system
- Additional administrative tasks as requested
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Experience with immigration software and forms
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to make a 2 to 3-year commitment
